NYU Stern Business School 2015-2016 Applications Deadlines

NYU-Business-SchoolStern School of Business has released its 2015-2016 application cycle deadlines. Four rounds are open during the school’s 2015-2016 application cycle. Applications submitted online must be sent by 11:59pm EST on the actual deadline date.

Paper applications must be postmarked no later than the deadline date.

Now that you have the deadlines, here are the materials that you must include in your application.

Submit your resume, GMAT or GRE scores, work history, two recommendation letters, essays and transcripts.

Make sure that you complete each applicable section of the application. For example, if you’re an international student, you must complete the “International Student Supplement” section.

Recommendation letters are generally submitted online. At least one recommendation letter must come from your current supervisor.

If you are unable to submit a recommendation letter from your supervisor, write an optional essay that outlines why you are unable to submit a recommendation from your supervisor.

NYU MBA 2015-2016 Essays

Two mandatory essays are required. Maximum word length for the first mandatory essay is 750. This essay centers around your professional aspirations. Focus on topics such as why you want a MBA from the Stern Business School and what you want to do post graduation.

The second essay should be no longer than 500 words. Use the second essay to introduce or describe yourself to your Stern Business School classmates.

Stern Business School interviews are only by invitation. Interviews are held in New York City. If you’re selected for an interview, the school will notify you via email.
