Sloan School of Management 2015-2016 Application Deadlines

sloanSloan School of Management has released its 2015-2016 application deadlines. Sloan School of Management will have three application rounds for August early entry. Applications must be sent by no later than 3pm EST. Decisions are communicated via each applicant’s online application.

And now, here are those important deadline dates:

Round 1 September 17, 2015 December 16, 2015
Round 2 January 14, 2016 April 04, 2016
Round 3 April 11, 2016 May 18, 2016

One essay, covering a recent success and how you achieved the success, including the challenges and people involved in the success, is required when you apply. You have up to 500 words to describe the achievement. Be prepared to show the impact that the success had on an organization, person or group.

The short answer question only comes into play if you’re invited to interview. The question allows you to explain how a specific experience from your past aligns with the Sloan School of Management mission. Maximum length of the short answer question is 250 words.

You also have the option of addressing another question. Not only can you write about a topic of your own choosing, you can submit the optional content in a variety of formats. Multimedia formats should be submitted via a URL.

Additional materials required at the time that you submit your application include a resume, two letters of recommendation, transcripts and GMAT or GRE test scores. Sloan School of Management does not require applicants to submit TOEFL or IELTS test scores.

Recommenders should be individuals who can honestly answer a series of questions. Among the questions include how you stand out from your peers, the impact that you had on an organization, group or individual and how you interact with others. Recommenders should also be prepared to explore characteristics of yours that they would change.

Interviews are conducted at Sloan School of Management. International applicants can interview at key regional locations. If you have a particular location where you would like to conduct your interview, please note it on your application. All interviews are conducted on weekdays.
